Little sister in pain

First off, so sorry to hear that your little sister is in pain. I do not know anything about spots on the tongue, because any change in diet or even toothpaste may cause a change in the dots in your tongue. I would strongly suggest that you would have a doctor check her out, because even if no fever is present, all stomach pains that are considered abnormal should be checked at a doctor. (by abnormal I mean you do not know the cause of e.g. some bad food, gas pains etc.) Are you aware of anything she might have consumed that could have caused this? What kind of pain is it and is it persistent or does it come and go and if it comes and goes, in what association does it come with? Please be specific on what the abdominal pain is because there is a lot in that region in general other than her stomach itself that might be causing this discomfort!
