I have been taking adderall pretty heavyily the last 2 weeks and have noticed that my nipples have become puffy and if i squeeze them i get a discharge, like im lactating. Is it possible that adderall can disrupt my hormones and raise my prolactin levels???

This medication is a central nervous system stimulant and it affects chemicals in the brain which are responsible for hyperactivity.
Adderall can cause loss of weight which can cause hormonal disorder and this can be the cause of breasts discharge but it is highly unlikely.
It would be wise to see your doctor and try to find out what is the cause of this discharge coming from your breasts. I hope that it is nothing serious.
