Huh, I do not know where to start. Last year I hurt my back and got prescribed with vicoprofen. So, I was taking it for one year, not more than one pill daily. Well, then I got down to a flue and stopped taking vicoprofen. Horrible!!! I think I got withdrawal symptoms! Sweating and cold flashes. First I thought it was from cold or flue or whatever, but then started restlessness at night. This was the hardest part... I mean, I cannot believe I got addicted from vicoprofen! Is addiction from vicoprofen even possible?

Yes, it is very possible. Vicoprofen is narcotic and as probably you are familiar narcotics cause addiction. You should talk to your doctor or some other doctor that is familiar with narcotics withdrawals. In case of withdrawal you should be prescribed with clonidine patch, which can help in situations like yours.
You must also be aware that you should never take narcotics again (unless they are prescribed by your doctor, and I think your doctor didn’t prescribe you with vicoprofen for more than a year).
