So I fractured a ligament and small tendon couple of weeks ago on my right ankle. I've had a cast on for 3 weeks, just got it off today. I was just wondering why my right calf shrunk quite a bit, but my quad muscles look fine. I lift weights 4-5 days a week and been 4 weeks off of "leg day". Is this normal? And how long do you guys think i could get back into squatting and such.

If you can apply some oil to the area and gently massage it - not rough though. These will looses up muscles. Do not strain yourself too much or else you may get stiffness. Relax, take it easy and all will be find
