Last week i minorly fractured my fibula at a soccer game but i did not find out until today. what should i do to treat my injury?

Did u see a Doctor? A fibula fracture usually does not cause long term complications. The fracture may take 2 or months to heal depending on whether surgery is necessary.
Setting the bone is usually not necessary. This type of injury only should require a snug, toe to knee elastic bandage. If pain is severe,a plaster castmay be needed for up to 6 weeks.

Ice massage. After your bandage or cast comes off, massage firmly over the affected area. 15 minutes at a time and 3 to 4 times a day.

If you prefer heat and it feels better, you can apply heat lamps, hot soaks, hot showers, heating pads and heated ointments.
i.e. Ben gay..Heet...Flexall, there are several on the market.
You can take TYLENOL


UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU USE A HEATING PAD OR HEAT LAMP IF YOU HAVE APPLIED A HEAT OINTMENT. YOU CAN GIVE YOURSELF SEVERE BURNS AND BLISTERS.
