After i got itching sensation for about 1 hr, got painless swelling just below pennis like a ballon. This is the first time am experiencing such swelling. What may be the cause for same ? Please let me knew. Is it necessary to consult a doctor ? If not how many days it may take to recover with same.

It is always a good idea to see a doctor. In the meantime, try some corticosteroid cream to see if the swelling would go away.
