If your period is altered, it most probably is not pregnancy.
However, changing hormones and different physical behaviors may have some impact on your period.
I won't preach here about the need for you two to use protection EVERY time... but you may want to speak to a medical person about your continued bleeding.
PS: did you break your hymen? Could the bleeding be related to this? Two weeks seems to be awfully long to me for this source of bleeding. Perhaps you should get a check up.
