I'd definitely talk to your doc about getting on a weight loss program - it may/may not affect your vagus nerve issue but it'll prevent high blood pressure and other health problems (diabetes) from setting in....

Guys I been suffering from exactly the same problem almost a year now it didn't go but from me when it happened my heart became slow weak then I think I had few heart attacks (and I eat healthy do sports almost quit smoking changed my whole to the better) but still my heart is too fast sometimes too slow skipping beats hurting from my chest and my back always my belly and side upset because of my heart so please if someone know what exactly to do HELP

you need to stop the masturbation right now man!!!!!I same like you two times and my diseases is even more serious.I was started masturbate from 11 and now I'm 16,I do it almost everyday and when I was 13 years old,my body suddenly numbness and paralized so I couldn't wake up.I would be lost oxygen if I running nose.my heart was faillure and my mental is weak.after recover I can't get out of it and it's occur again.We need stop maturbate now,I don't know how can we get out of that devil.

I started when I was 10 but I didn't get my heart attack until I was 56. Now 21 years later I believe masturbating has cured my heart disease. I had a series of heart related tests last summer and they say I'm better than most guys my age who never had heart disease. They found nothing wrong with my heart or arteries and everything is working fine. So masturbating must have fixed my heart disease.
