after tubal reversal

How much will it cost to have that operation?

I don't know if anyone else has ever had a tubal ligation reversal, but let me tell you what I have experienced! Pain, fever, nausea, heavy bleeding, cysts and am just now going to get a DNC and Laproscopy done. It has been a year and a half since mine. Had an HSG and the tubes look great! It's the other stuff I am suffering from. Maybe it it just my body, but I think it is kind of funny it all happened just 1 month after my sugery. I have been to the ER 5 times and had 4 cat scans 3 pelvic ultra sounds and 2 vaginal ultra sounds. I'm broke and still in pain!!!!!! I will let you know the outcome of the Laproscopy. I pray I am okay, but at this point having another baby is the farthest thing from my mind. I want to feel good again!! It's horrible to be in misery and no one can tell you what is wrong!

I am so sorry what you are going through. Where did tou get your tubal reversal done at. I was going to go to Lakeshore in Gainsville GA. Now you got me scared. My husband and I really want another baby. I had my tubal ligation done 5 years ago. How much did you pay to have the reversal done? Lakeshore wants to charge me $7,000.

I went to Lakeshore about 2wks ago & they were awesome! Ive experienced very little discomfort (which they say you will/may have as part of healing)! They took great care of me & answered all my questions! Im not pregnant yet but, It was worth my $$ to go to them & its only 1 1/2 from where I live so very convenant for me! I hope to have a story to send them in the near future, good luck to you ;-)

I went to Dr Eliran Mor where he and dr Saadat on 02/20/12 in Beverly hills performed my tubal reversal. It was a outpatient procedure and I was left with 7 cm of tube on each side. Doctor said everything went well and can start trying after a month!!! We flew out the same evening as my surgery but I do suggest you do not do that because I was sick from taking tylenol 3 with codeine with no food in my belly and I had to stop taking then until I can eat which means the whole way back I was in pain and had to urinate all the time. I paid $5,400 and another $100 for my Husbands Semen analysis. The nurses at the Rexford surgical center were great and really nice. They werent stuck up and talked to me alot which made me feel really comfortable. Dr Mor was really nice and although Dr. Saadat assisted him I didn't really have time to talk to him because I was already being given the knock out meds lol. I am recovering well so far but it's only been a week as of tomorrow. I did sleep alot the first 4 day's but once my pain meds were gone I just got Ibuprofen and haven't had to take many at all because pain is better. I do feel little spasm feeling's in my belly where my ovaries are but Im thinking they are just trying to get back to functioning correctly again. I suffered from PTLS as well and already feel a good improvement!!;) Still very bloated and bruised around incision, can't let anything touch the incision because it's very uncomfortable. Back pain due to laying on it for so long and having to slouch over to walk but it's getting better. I would have to say give yourself about 4 to five day's before expecting any noticeable amount of pain relief!! Oh, one more thing, check you temp constantly especially if feel you have a fever. Mine came in the evening but the highest it got to was 100 F Even but mainly stayed like 99.6 at night. I had a tubal reversal done on March 2 2012 and Sunday I stop taking the pain meds and i get around very well but I eat a little food and get blotting really bad ! has anyone had this problem and how long did it last ?

I had really bad bloating too. I felt like I was 8 months pregnant already especially right after I eat. My bloating just went down and I will be 3 weeks post op on Monday. So it took me 3 weeks but as of now I started my AF 4 day's later then usual and it seem's it has gone back to normal. I am opposite then most though, my AF after my tubal ligation has gotten very light. I mean very light. Now I feel like I'm a women again.

I had my tubal March 16 2012. I did not know it was that serious until I woke up in pain. My scare is thin and I think once it heal it want even be noticeable. I took those pain meds for a week and ran from them due to the sever constipation man lol things got real. So I have took the pain like a solider. I get around but have sharp pains time to time I had a DNC so I bleed here in there my normal cycle have came in gone so not sure when things will regulate. I sure hope my $6000 was not in vain I pray my second chance will be blessed. I only have one tube now the other could not be reversed I have good length and he did the die test so guess will see to sore to even think about having relations anytime soon poor baby ;) lol...

I am going to Dr. Saadat. I was wondering if you have gotten pregnant yet and how has it been since your surgery?

I had my reversal done march 2 2012 I had blotting really bad i to over the counter meds for that stop taking pain meds on the 4th and now im fine just waiting for postive result . i feel like the women i was before

I had my reversal with Dr.Saadat July 13,2012. still not pregnant but we are still trying.

I got my tubel reversal in 2009 by dr. saadat and i am not pregnante yet. i also got a fribroid after the surgery, which causes me to bleed through clothes, 45 days. i have to take birth control to control the bleeding.
