Okay, first off thank you for taking a look at this and trying to help me figure this out. I appreciate it.
Okay, so all around the base and down under the scrotum the skin is albino white. it dips up the penis but only a bit. I am circumcised and I only got this problem during puberty (a while ago currently 20) its hard explaining to my girlfriend what is going on when I don't even know... along with that i get pimples in my pubic hair(before I ever had sex and still while having sex). not as frequent as it use to be but still occurs and when i touch or pop it it leaves a noticeable scar. This is solely for my own informational use and I really appreciate anyone who either has the same issue or can inform me what it is.

you most likley have a condition called Vitiligo. it is a disorder with the melanin(pigment) in your skin cells. it can occur anywhere on your body and is normally patchy. serch vitiligo on penis and scrotum and let me know if thoes pictures resemble what you have. safe search will probably have to be off for that.

huh. that is in some pictures, exactly what i have. wow. Okay one last question for you, i looked it up a bit and it appears that the only treatment is a topical steroid. Should I go to my doctor and get it? It is nice to know what it is now. and thank you so much for your help.

haha great im glad thats what it looks like!!!! if you want to try and treat it i would say yes go ahead and make an appiontment with your doctor, explain to him what you have and see if he will write you a perscription.
