ok.. any views on what reproduction is all about would be greatly appreciated if you let me know what you think..
so this is my story.. the first day of my last PERIOD was april 1st.08 mind you im already 28wks pregnant. well.. what im still trying to understand is when does pregnancy take place? well having said i got my pms on april 1st i missed my period for april 26th ot 27th so the ultrasound tech had claimed i should have received my pms.. BUT.. the weird thing is i conceived on may 10th or 11th and my edd has stuck the same dates since my first ultrasound.. so i guess what im asking is
could i have ovulated late? and conceived late?
or
can i miss my pms and still ovulate and conceive?
"my first ultrasound was in june 11th 08 the ultrasound confirmed i was 6wks 4d and like i mentioned its always stuck to the same edd so if my baby has stuck to the same due date when did i ovulate? im only aware of when i may have conceived..."
or
could i was i already pregnant (conceived) before my missed period?
now if you agree with the last question.. I BEG TO DIFFER.. lol.. its kinda hard to understand if i was alredy pregnant before i miss my period (which is why a period would be missed) then why did i conceive soooo late? and why would the ultrasound stay the same edd since the first ultrasound? if that would have been the case i would have a much earlier edd as of jan 5th or 7th, alot of people tell me to trust the ultrasound cause its most closes to accurate when getting an idea of when conception took place and when baby is due.. dont get me wrong i trust the ultrasound but i just want to know and get a better understanding of when ovulation begins and when conception takes place and in my case im confused.. kinda sorta almost.. lol..

If you have been trying for a baby, then you could get stressed an miss a period.
You can have a misscarrage in the first month of pregnancy an not know an you think you are having your normal period.
As for ovulation... The normal time is in the middle of your cycle.
But you can get pregnant anytime in the month.
Everyone is so different.
Ultra sound scans are very good. But mistakes can be made.
Good luck with your pregnancy xx
