I'm vegetarian. Not to lose weight or anything, and in fact I have been a vegetarian since I was four, when I decided that I wanted to stop eating meat, like my mom! All of this has resulted in the fact that I am very healthy, never become sick and have a size small. I read countless times that vegans and vegetarians are statistically so much less likely to be obese that it is ridiculous. So, I think it might be something that the weight loss crowd wants to look into as well!
