Diets. There is a whole sea of them. To the dieting person, all the diets on the market can be a bit confusing. How do I know what diet to pick for my needs? How do I know whether to go with a free diet plan or whether to spend money on a diet? I am feeling so overwhelmed by all the diets that I am beginning to question weight loss! Please help me!

I am all about calculating what a healthy amount of calories means for you, personally, and then sticking to that amount of calories. Not any old calories, but healthy and nice tasting food choices. No snacks and fast food, and no candy or cakes. The best about this is that you rely on yourself and nobody else to lose weight, and it will certainly cost you no extra money.
