Hello. I am a single male who frequently masturbates, I believe neither more nor less than most. I will, on occasion, about once every or every other month, what I'll call 'binge' masturbate. Of the few times I do it's during one of the weekend days as I work weekdays. I'm not talking about hours on end uninterrupted in my case, but numerous individual episodes throughout a day. It's not triggered by anything, it's just a change from usual weekend activity. I am divorced so regardless I don't see myself continuing this forever, lol.
