Does azithromycin affect my depo-vera shot?

Unfortunately there is a correlation between the effectiveness of birth control and antibiotics, although I'm not totally sure about how it would work on depo. I think that the best bet would be to use contraceptives while you are on antibiotics just to be sure. What do you think? Does anyone else know if this works well?
