so i just finished my first month of birth control im on the sugar pills now! i dont really know when im supposed to get my period on these things, some websites say i may not get it others say it will come on day three of the sugar pills. i take it at ten at night but one night i got home really late from work and took it at 12 and the next day my boyfriend had sex not even thinking about it. sometimes i dont take it at ten on the dot but it is usually within the hour, am i still protected? i havent really had any of the symptoms everyone talks about. im on estrstep fe and i really like it, but i dont want to be pregnant because i messed up! i dont really want a baby im only 16 and im boyfriend is 17 we arent ready! please help!

You have a few hours leeway between pills. Missing a whole day is a big problem. For me, just being a few hours (5 or so), would cause me to bleed so I had to switch with my forgetful mind! Anywho, 2 hours is okay, you're fine. If you're really worried by next month still, a pregnancy test is only $10 :)
