So I'm 22 years old and decided last month to lose my virginity to a nice guy. I was sick of being a virgin and made a decision. My problem is that we have had sex now five times (in between at least two days to a week). Now we both understood that I was going to bleed the first couple of times but every time I've bleed. Is this normal? Is it just my body adjusting to sex? or could there be something wrong. I had a normal doctor's trip to a women's doctor a little over a year ago and I was told everything was great. So whatever is happening happened in the last year, if something is wrong. I was just wondering if anyone else was in a similar position? When can I expect to have sex without bleeding?

Oh also, because people have asked this. We used protection and lubricant all times. The sex was not what I would consider "rough sex". He was not a virgin, but has checkups frequently (every six months to a year or when he is in a "new" relationship). Everytime the doctors said he is healthy. He was the one that brought it to my attention this last time asking if he is causing me any pain (which there is none really).

You are probably just tight. You have been a virgin for 22 years. I dont think you have a problem. The bleeding will stop eventually.
