Since then I have been bleeding first thing in the mornings when I have an erection from having to urinate. I don't experience bleeding throughout the day. I suppose that the bleeding occurred because some of the blood vessels burst and if this is the case, it should repair itself in a few days. However, if it doesn’t and you develop any additional symptoms and problems, you should have it examined to see if there’s some kind of major bleeding. These major bleedings can sometimes cause infections, so any pain or more severe symptoms should be examined.
