Bleeding during intercourse

I am 24 and married. I have had no other partners. Since Jan 2008 I have been bleeding with intercourse. In January 2008 my nuva ring fell out and I did not know, i started to bleed constitley. In March I started to bleed only with intercourse. I was treated with antibiotics 2 times for presumed infections as the cause. Tests came back negative for infections. I had a cauterization and biopsy (biopsy was neg) done in August. My doc said that she could see where i was bleeding from, my cerivx. I stopped bleeding for 2 weeks and then my period came and it started all over. Sept i had another cauterization and same thing happend after my next period. In Dec I had an ultersound which found a 1 inch cyst on my right overy. With each visit my doc says that my cervix is looking better, and now my cervix looks perfectly health and doesn't bleed anymore when I have an exam, but I am still bleeding with intercourse!!! I noticed that the bleeding will stop during the time i am ovualating, and get worse about a week before my period. The bleeding will be really light just after and is a darker color then the end of month. At the end of the month it is bright red and i might have spotting for several days. The bleeding stops right after intercouse everytime. I have changed lubercients, and condoms. The new theory is that my hormones are not regulating themselves like they should, so I am going back on the pill. I am 3 weeks into re-starting the pill and havent seen any improvement. Please help!!!
