Hi,
I am a 20 yr old college student and i have been sexually active for 2 1/2 yrs now with only one partner. This past September I started bleeding during (and sometimes after) sex. It doesn't happen every time but 8 out of 10 times it will. I have gone to the student health center on campus to get a pap smear done. I was told by the OBGYN that the cause of the bleeding is from uterine cells growing outside the cervix. I did not test positive for any STD's. I was told to just be careful and not go so deep during sex.
The problem is that it is still happening. It's so bad that we have to lay down a towel every time we have sex! Whats wrong with me?! Please help!

This happened to me, however i was on the pill and i found out that it was the type of pill that was causing it and also that i had the same uterine cells growing outside the cervix, and i was told that the pill would stop the bleeding during intercourse. So go to your GP and see if that is an option for you, its helped me even though it was embarrassing to talk t the GP about.
hope this helped xx
