I am not understanding the question exactly.
IF you were bleeding during the pap smear and before then you probably were on your period, that is normal.
IF you were bleeding afterwards a bit that is also normal for some because the small tool they use to do the smear can cause a small amount of spotting or bleeding especially if you are sensitive. The cervix is a sensitive area and will bleed a bit (more like spot than full on bleed)
They use either a small plastic scrapper or a small brush like tool to take samples of the cells on/in your cervix to check for pre-cancerous cells etc.
