my problem consists of bleeding during sex. The past two times my boyfriend of 5 years and i have had sex i have bleed like i was having my period. I have irregular periods and have not had one in over a year. My boyfriend and i like rough sex and i have never had a problem before this we also only see each other and have sex about once a week. I do not have the money to go to the doctor visit after visit, i understand i should make an appointment but how or what can i say so i do not have to keep going back, i want answers and the problem fixed in one visit. The only factore that i can think of it that it occured after we hadnt had sex in two weeks and i have lost weight not dramatically though. I sometimes feel like i have my period/ PMS symptons such as cravings, tight lower back, and moodiness but i never have any discharge when i feel like that could it be that i actually am on my period but not able to discharge it untill i have sex? Also the first time i bleed it was alot, the second time just a little.

Are you saying that you have been to a doctor for the same purpose and that no answers have been found? Bleeding after sex is not a good sign and you should be making appointments until you realize what this could be. Change doctors if you have to.
There are many possible reasons for bleeding during or after sex, some are benign and some are not. You could have an infection that hasn’t been treated on time. Chlamydia and yeast infection, even gonorrhea may not show the symptoms every time and they could go undetected. Not treating STD’s could lead to bleeding during sex and infertility in case of Chlamydia.
Other causes include benign growth on cervix or uterus like polyps, or fibroids. Ovarian cysts as well as cancer would cause bleeding after sex.
Cervical infections or abnormal cells could bleed because of irritation and friction and honestly I would want to know what could be causing the problem if I were you.
