Bleeding from spermicide allergic reation?

Is it possible to bleed from the vagina because of an allergic reation from a spermicide film? I started bleeding after using 2 strips on 2 consecutive nights. It does not smell like period blood though, it smells like blood that you would bleed if you were cut or something. I'm not supposed to have my period for another 19 days or so and I'm on the pill.
