I am a diabetic and also not circumsized. The head of my penis is raw-like. Sensitive, rash-like and sometimes bleeds. Doctors have tested me for all kinds of STD's - negative Have also tested in regards to my diabetes - negative. Using a condom is almost unbearable. Doctors only say that it is because of not being circimsized. I'm close to 60 and feel being circumsized at this time does't make any sense. There has to be something - pills, creams etc. to help make my life less miserable.
