This has happened to me a few times. Very recently when my bf was fingering me.. I think maybe I wasn't fully turned on at the point? But a lot of blood appeared and was so embarrassed! I went to nurse and she took bloods and checked me down there for stis and everything all was fine.. maybe when ur body isn't ready for it it happens ?
