It is very possible, since when talking about appendicitis, the right side of the stomach is exposed to extreme pain. No other solution than to go to hospital. You have to go to hospital, if you do not the situation could get very complicated! I do not want to scare you away, but there are death cases reported because of appendicitis!!!!

Is the pain in your lower belly, or higher up towards the right side? If the former, perhaps appendicitis, if the latter, it might be gallstones.
