Bloody Discharge from Penis

ok well here's the breakdown of what's going on. about i would say the end of july begining of august i have been having pain in my penis and most recently i have noticed blood dripping during my errection and everytime after urination. i feel a burnig sensation when i pee and i feel a small irritation at the bottom just below the head. when i drink water it feels much better only a slight irritation. whenever i can muster enough strength to have sex i cant elevate my penis above waist level or it's very painfull. when i ejaculate the color is still normal however i feel as if all of the sperm is not leaving and using the bathroom after is very painfull.

I'm going to see a doctor this weekend but in the mean time any advice or knowledge is appreciated
