Last time I had sex was past December, since then I did not have sexual encounter. Few days ago I was masterubating and I felt a little burn down there. I checked and it was the following redness at my penis *See PIC*

Should I be worried? Is it serious? I called in to make an appointment with a doctor but I AM FREAKING OUT. I am seriously considering going to emergency care.

i dont think you need to worry. how often do you masterbate. this could also be the cause of this. due to irritation. and did you use anything to masterbate with. this also could be a cause. if there is burning from urination then yes you should be a little concerned but getting to the ER will not make it go away any faster

I forgot to mention: I have a history of Shingles Herpes zoster it comes and goes. Usually around my legs * area surrounding my penis* but never on my penis. Could it be that it spread on my penis?

Went to the doctor today, he said its is some sort of Yest that men get. Usually because that area is moist and the summer weather contribute to it. He gave me a medicine that i have to apply to that area twice a day. I am relieved it is not an STD.
