Hi,
This is a bizarre question but if somebody knows the answer, please mention it!.
I know a guy who had been hit in his testicles at the age of 13 but he had not gone to a doctor!
At the age of 21 he went to a doctor and understood that due to that hit, his testicle tissues had died because of necrosis and late response to Testicular Torsion.
I have not seen the guy for years and i just heard about his story but when I reached to this forum I remembered him and I would like to help him very much.
If both testicles are removed before adulthood, will the person become adult at all?
Is there any way to help such a person?
Is there any way to JOIN or GRAFT another person's testicle to him, like a bladder, as I read that even with one testicle, everything is ok with a man? If yes, has the surgery anything to note?
Words can't express what a big help it could be for him as this ignorance has had a big price for him to pay!
Regards

I would assume, if both testies were removed, that he would be put on hormone medication to replace what is lost by the removing of the testies. That is very tragic, I don't think there is any way to get them back, but then again, we make medical breakthroughs daily.
Good luck to the both of you.
