Hi, I heard that broccoli has antioxidant action and is efficient in prevention of many diseases. Is it actually like that? Is broccoli better then cabbage?

Broccoli has multiple cancer-fighting properties including vitamin C, beta carotene, and fiber, and also phytochemicals which protect cells and unable malignant transformation. All sorts of cabbages are recommended to be present in healthy diet.
