Hi there, miracoussa.

Can you tell us some general stuff first? How much you weight and how much you want to lose?

Dry fruits are the best to be combining with other food because that way you can achieve ultimate benefits from it. Dry fruits are very rich in vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber.

Dehydration means that dried fruits have less sugar than whole fruits. But, still, dry fruits are not as low-calorie as many people think. They contain about 150-200 calories in average. So, if you think about dry fruit diet, go with the plain dry fruit which isn't sweetened, sugar coated or candied.
Many experts advises that people who go on dry fruit diet avoid "chips" made of dry fruit, because it's rich with artificial preservatives and excess oil which isn't good for your weight-loss plan.

That's only some overall facts. If you want anything else to know, feel free to post.

Cheers!

Thanks Levar for ur kind reply.
My question was about the quantity of dried fruit to take per day, capable to create a difference and to inhibit the liver from transforming food into fat. As it s said to take 400mg of the HCA one hour b4 meals. All the best.

Hi miracoussa,

This is very interesting.
Dry fruits and nuts are very high in minerals, vitamins and dietary fiber and when consumed in right combination with other foods bring a lot of benefits for the body.
When it comes to dieting and dry fruits, moderate quantities of plain dried fruits can be a healthy snack for anyone.
Half cup serving of dried apricots offers approximately 170 calories. But the fruit is rich Vitamin A and potassium so it can be occasionally taken. Dried figs offer about 180 for half cup serving. It also provides over 5g of dietary fiber, and is rich in magnesium, phosphorus and potassium. Hope this may help you, Good luck friend!

The nuts provide healthy fats and protein, and dried fruits provide you with a quick source of energy from the carbohydrates they contain.

Thanks dear for ur reply. I was talking about garcinia cambogia dried fruit, rich in HCA, an acid capable to inhibit the secretion of an enzyme in the liver responsible of transforming carbs into fat to stock as overweight.
I was wondering about the efficient amount to take from this fruit to reach an efficient active principle of HCA to get the desired effect of slimming, as this fruit called commonly in India as kokum, is used for losing weight in a very natural manner. ur info is very precious indeed.
