I'm 34, tubes have been tied for 11 years. So no I'm not pregnant. I had a full period 2 weeks ago. Then on this past Sunday when I wiped their was a brownish color discharge.  It looked like old blood maybe. This has went on for almost a week now. Today I had pain in the area of my right ovary. It hurt so bad I had to stop what I was doing. Does anyone have a clue on what this could be?
