I have irregular periods, but currently I am three weeks late, and When I had intercourse yesterday I had brown discharge. I havent had this before---Does this mean anything?

As you have probably found out by now, it could mean something. However, if you have irregular periods, perhaps you've learned that it was timing, and your period was about to begin.
