I don't know if age will mean anything, but I'm 18. and I'm also not sexually active, if that helps. I will say that I am athletic though. My periods have been a little irregular. Being, they come every month but the timing is never right so i've never gotten to figure out what pattern it runs on. this month, i got my period at the end of the month. a week and a half later, it started again, only it was only the dark brown color that I get at the end or very begining. I've already talked to the doctor about my periods being slightly irregular, but they've told me it's nothing to worry about. Is this too, nothing to worry about?

It's just dried blood. Don't worry about it. Blood goes brown when it dries, and black when its really old.

I get the same dark bleeding sometimes. when your not bleeding heavily it can sit in you uterus for awhile before coming out. when blood get old im sure you know it turns dark.
