About 3 weeks ago, I noticed 2 bumps in my mouth, one in the lower left side where the cheek meets the gum, and one almost in the exact same place in the lower right side of mouth. They are no bigger than a BB, although the left is slightly bigger. They are firm and I can't move them. My teeth are not more sensitive than they normaly are. I went to the dentist and he looked at them, felt them, took a film of the left bump, and told me there was no evidence of any abscess or disease process, and when he showed me the film, I also saw nothing strange. He told me they were blocked salivary glands, and that they would clear up on their own after about 2-3 weeks. I do chew tobacco, but the dentist also looked over my entire mouth and saw nothing to be concerned about.
I have also had other issues throughout this problem, including left facial parasthesia around left eye and cheek, pain behind left eye, plugged ears, tinnitus, both feet numb and tingling, left hand numbness and tingling, and some vision issues. I have had a lot of blood tests, which included a CBC, testing for SjS, ANA, and lupus: All negative. Any comments or suggestions would be great! Very nervous!

i had bumps similar to that in my mouth also. i never went to the doctor about it, though they were much bigger than yours. about the size of my thumbnail, but very thin and elongated.

they did eventually disappear and i have had no other abnormalties in my mouth.

i doubt they are connected with your other problems and if the doc says you're okay, i think you're safe to trust him. =]

I have all similar symptoms and more, except on my right side. I have extreme fatigue and tremors as well. My neuro says I may have MS after my spinal tap results. My internist says i have fibromyalgia. My rheumy says connective tissue disorder (thinking sjogrens) or mold toxicity due to extensive mold exposure at work. I do get frequent sores in the mouth and was told it is common w rheumatic type illnesses, like lupus or sjogrens. Of course, they may come and go and be nothing of the sort. If they continue to show up, i'd keep pursuing answers. Best of luck!
