Just stop taking them, i know its hard . What i do , seraquel for sleep, lots of fruit ( antioxidents ) and lots of water. for me so far Wellbutrin xl has done well so far however its to soon to tell if my recovery will be succesful, stay strong, cry if you need to, talk to loved ones for support,good luck
