I recently retured some product after forgetting to monitor my autoship with Isagenix.  As a result, my Associate status is revoked and I cannot purchase product directly from Isagenix for 6 months.  With this kind of business practice, who wants to...  There are plenty of other products out there!  I paid $50 in postage just to guarantee the return was received within the required window of time and lost 10 percent to restocking.  I can understand it if I was selling up a storm and over purchased to meet a goal.  I'm just a customer who spent over $2K on the products in a year.   Buy Back my A$$!!
