Don't waste your time. He stole my money flat out. I paid the 27 dollars through paypal and never heard from them again. I have sent him countless emails and have NEVER gotten a response and paypal has pretty much told me there's nothing I can do!!!

hi all just read about use tryin to purchase the 18n4 diet.i went online lastnight and paid through my paypal account and got it straight away,but to be honest it wasnt easy i had alot of things to do before i got it but on the off chance i got it.gonna start tomorrow to see what happens,after reading it,it sounds like a detox.......if it works (happy days)

I paid for the diet; rec'd it is a matter of minutes. Today is my last day and my weight loss is noticeable to others; so I realize that my eyes are not playing tricks on me, (YEA). I had a question and emailed James and he responded within a hour. :-D :-D :-D :-D

i did the diet and in 2 days i weighed myself and i had lost 9 lbs so the diet definitely does work i purchased this diet about 3 yrs ago and received it in a matter of minutes i found a copy of this diet stored on my computer and i'm glad i did because i have been trying desperately to lose weight i topped the scale at 260 and before i started the diet i was 250 i am now on day 2 but i haven't weighed myself i have found that after each meal i feel completely satisfied but i have to add a least a little Mrs Dash to my veggies and meat b/c its pretty bland without it...but i plan to do it 4 days on and 3 off until i lose at least 30-45 lbs which i halfway near my goal i want to be about 160 at least by August...i have a long way to go! ! :$

I purchased a couple of weeks ago & received immediately... Diet not ideal for me considering I don't like the taste of of most of the stuff on the diet but had no issues with receiving it via e-mail. It's not a bad price if you are desperate to lose weight quick...
