I am a 68 yr old man, with an enlarged prostrate. I am on medication to reduce the enlargement. My understanding is that I do not produce semen. I do not cum like I did with a discharge of milky white fluid loaded with sperm. I can still ejaculate, but it is a clear fluid that looks like precum. My doctor has call this "dry fire". My question is am I carrying any sperm in the fluid that I am now discharging. Can I make a woman pregnant ?

I think the only way to get the answer to that question is to get it tested to see if there is any sperm in it.
