can i get pregnant from this?? or wud the sperm have alreadyy died??

this is hard to explain .. kind of but i'll try my best without making it too..idk weird.
my bf fingered me the other day and he kept his underwear on- tho i was fully naked
im not sure,, but he rubbed against me... and it felt kind of wet? so i think he might have ejaculatedd in his underwear
tho it did rub against ... like my reproductive organnn

and im worried that if it was sperm, and he rubbed against me (even with his underwear on) , i might have a risk of getting preganant?
or would the sperm have already died???

please helpp im really unsure..
