can you know if your pregnat after one day?

My period are 10 days late. Last night i had bad back pain when to the toilet and when i whipe only the where a little blood. I put on a pad. And went to bed. Woke up this and went to the toilet same storie but no blood on pad. My back are just sore. What can be wrong.
