I don't believe that Aleve will affect the Hydroxycut Hardcore and you shouldn't worry about any reaction between the two. I would caution you that you should not take Hydroxycut if you are on any blood pressure medication. This goes for any heart medication as well. It has a stimulant in it that will increase your heart rate and if you drink beverages with caffeine, this will increase the effect. So please be careful when taking this supplement. Aleve is a pain medication so it wouldn't affect your heart.
