I also am taking hydroxycut hardcore, but I am also doing things to lose weight like I only allow myself to drink 1 soda a week, only water for the rest of the time, instead of a burger and fries, i will eat a burger and salad, I exercise between 1-2 hours every other day, avoid getting seconds on food, try to only eat 2 meals a day. I am trying to really lose weight fast cause school starts in like 3 weeks. I would recommend doing both, excercise, eat healthy, and take the pill if you want to lose weight
