How did they diagnose you with that? I am having numbness that i am trying to find the cause of....

Last month I noticed a bump on the top of my head now it is starting to grow and giveing me bad headaches I am going to see the doctor but I am a little affraid of what he is going to say can anyone please help me or give me advise on this?
