i am 23 years old and my period has been irregular ever since i got it. i don't know myself with regards to my cycle, and i certainly change that. on november 17 i had unprotected sex (using pull-out/withrawal method), then again on the 20th with a different partner. i got my period around nov 22 or 23, just about the same time as my last period in october (although it came a day or two late in november), except it was significantly less, and browner (i have always had a red heavy flow). i developed what seems to be a yeast infection when my 'period' ended, which is now more or less gone. now like i said i've always been irregular, but one thing that i can always count on are my horrible cramps--dysmenorrhea runs in the family and we are sometimes bedridden. i usually get cramps a week before my period. it is now december 26, and i haven't had the cramps--maybe a little, but im not sure if my mind is forcing me to feel it. i'm hoping i'm just very paranoid. i know the only thing to do is take a pregnancy test but i'm gonna do that if i don't get my period by new year's. any help or insight would be appreciated, thank you
