cherry popped without sex?? or is it my period??

so me nd my boyfriend yesterday were "dry humping" :-P . but this time he went harder than usual to the point where i was moaning a little louder and it hurt down there too :$ . when i got home i saw some blood and it was a little sore down there but since then ive been bleeding heavily like my period o.O . so im confused; am i on my period or did he pop my cherry?? ? !
