You have a good reason to be nervous - unfortunately.
Artifacts are things on the film that shouldn't be there from other sources. Like shadows, spots, streaks, etc.
Suspicious nodules means that they actually SEE a nodule.
The cone down PA is an x-ray at a different angle.
You DO need to follow up on this. Good luck.
