I have just gotten results from my cholesterol tests. I am not sure how to deal with this. Please, any advice will be great: total Cholesterol 214, HDL 30 and Triglycerides 432.
From what I have read so far it said to do a Liver Flush , so where do I start?

You have high triglycerides and not high cholesterol. That is not good. Triglycerides are the product of sugar in the blood being converted to fat, so I think you should get serious about your health and cut out carbohydrates completely. If you eat meat, lean chicken and beef and nuts and get sufficient extra virgin olive oil you will be very surprised how much your triglyceride levels will come down, almost normal.
