I was on 220mg of methadone for almost 3 years, I'm only 22 right now so I started very young i am now on day 4.. my legs are killing me and have NO energy at all, I always have to be moving around cause I can't get comfortable.. how much longer am I going to be in pain?

Hi try not to do it Cold Turkey , Get help from your Doctor , ask if you can go on Valium , for a while that will take the edge off it , Take care , xx
