the only tips i actually found in that article were: use anti-viral drugs and eat chicken soup. the rest of it was just blatheing on about bacteria and how antibiotics don't work. didn't help me at all

WOW, i caught a cold because my school shares instuments, sometimes i think if a school cant afford to buy each kid their own instrument then it shouldnt be taught in school. :[
